IAEA workshop for experts in marine radiation experts in the Asia-Pacific region was held

From March 17 (Mon) to 21 (Fri), 2025, an ‘IAEA Gamma-Ray Spectrometry Advanced Training Course’ for experts in marine radiation monitoring in the Asia-Pacific region was held at the Institute of Environmental Radioactivity (IER) at Fukushima University. 24 participants from 13 countries attended the workshop and received lectures on topics such as the operation of high-purity germanium semiconductor detectors.
